UFO in Bulgaria

The jury is out on this one ... a UFO or some other explanation? This video showed up on Youtube which Shows a UFO in Bulgaria. The video clearly shows a hovering disc than flys away super fast at the end. When you look close, you can see the disc is actually spinning or rotating.




That's why I'm edging my bets and adding it to The Sceptics Corner.
