There is video evidence and many witnesses who saw aurora borealis type lights in the sky. It is NOT a natural phenomenon to see such lights before/during a natural earthquake, however, such a lighting effect IS a common side-effect of HAARP waves coming back down from the Ionosphere. This is very damning evidence.A bright glow is not a precursor to a natural earthquake. A bright glow was reportedly seen during the time of the Haiti earthquake.
