Impossible and Unreliable

The scratched record .... still goes round and round in the same groove. There has been a distinct lack of numbers of posts on A Light In The Darkness over the last month. It is due primarily to the USELESS service offered by 3G Wireless Mobile. It is up to its usual tricks today too ... all day. Tonight is again virtually impossible to use its service. With so few choices of provider in our area of Canberra we appear to be stuck with 3G and its abysmal service. However, there is an ombudsman with listening ears that we can direct our grievance too ... for the amount we are charged using this diabolically unreliable service ... we should get an acceptable service. In 12 months we've yet to have a consistent 600 kbps line speed. Its occurred maybe twice since this time last year. According to 3G advertising it should be the minimum speed ... our minimum speed have been as slow as 17kbps .... our fastest has been around 300 kbps!
