Mankind IS being observed YES. That is a definite fact. Observed by alien races, yes, another definite fact. This is 'the reality' which mankind exists in. The petri-glass experiments where mankind is scrutinised and 'genetically modified'. Indeed, mankind is a crop ... GM humans. Its evolution is not natural to this dimension, therefore it has to be enhanced and ensured by alien intervention. There are many races of aliens involved in this; all with their own agenda. All with their own instructions. Much like the production line that builds a motor car ... each part is independent of the other; each part unaware of the other processes. But all are focussed on the end product ... the car's final production. The same can be said of the physical collective which is mankind. A physical collective which is a infusion of many other races. But, because the bulk of the adaptations are genetic, the human species follows a 'basic' pattern - basically we all have the same format of two eyes, two ears, one nose, one mouth, two arms, two legs, two hands with five fingers, two feet with five toes. We all 'look nearly the same' with the difference being within the DNA; within a programmed accepted framework of 'recognised' world races. These races races of white, yellow, red, black which we all associate with 'this world' have all been seeded by alien races.
I can glean from my own research and from my own interaction with intelligencies from other densities who 'handle' me that it is they, the aliens, themselves who 'invented' the UFO & ET cultures which rage in the hearts of man. It is the aliens themselves who shape mankind's environment; mankind's cultures, societies and religions. Mankind are basically flotsam cast onto a mighty sea following the direction of the tides and the currents without being able to control its direction or destiny.
