Why a surveillance plane is zigzagging over Lancashire right now

[David Icke]: An aeroplane from a surveillance company has been tracked flying to and fro over Lancashire all morning.

The Cessna craft, owned by Reconnaissance Ventures Ltd (RVL Group), has been criss-crossing over the sky since around 8am today (April 16)

The plane, a Reims-Cessna F406 Caravan II, which has taken off from the East Midlands, largely has been flying a largely rectangular route starting in the sky near Poulton-le-Fylde before moving across to Colne.

It has also been tracked moving from the area above Kirkham, moving in a line over to Clayton-le-Moors, Padiham and Burnley before coming back over Preston and back again to Accrington.

The pattern has continued from there with it covering areas such as Darwen, Leyland, Blackburn, Bacup and Rawtenstall.

It was most recently tracked over Clitheroe.

A spokesperson from RVL said that the company is doing an "aerial survey for a government contract".

The plane, in recent days, has also been spotted over Plymouth, Cornwall and Liverpool....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...
