Song Thrush is the Totem Bird of the Week for Monday 27th July to Sunday 2nd August 2020. This DAMN lockdown has been a testing time for all of us; and our relationships with self and those we've had to be in lockdown with, have been tested through this awful moment in history. Therefore, after spotting a Song Thrush, this evening, standing right beside me, I realised the strong relationships with those we are blessed with at this time, are an essential medicine at this time. Human company is what the dark ones are trying to erode away, along with our sense of being human. It is therefore essential that we counter this black spell by ensuring we have good relationships in our lives.
