The UK deep state is real; it conspires to benefit global oligarchs at the expense of the public

 The deep state, which includes secretive think tanks such as Le Cercle, exercises significant control over UK government policy decisions, often through mechanisms like lobbying and party funding, to maintain their power and wealth.

In the past, Dominic Cummings, former chief advisor to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, revealed that the deep state, a hybrid of public and private institutions, holds significant power and influence over government decisions.

And, former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss has revealed that institutions like the Bank of England and the Office of Budget Responsibility hold significant power and are influenced by private interests.
