The central image is The Emperor ... the significator for the central figure behind the mystery ... despite all the myth, mystery and confusion around the situation ... he has control of the situation. As the User of Staves he has an 'agency of The Unicorn' backing him as their diplomat ... the unicorn is always a significator in personal readings, with these cards, for government agencies. Therefore there is a governmental involvement in this situation, and whatever level this represents. The 3 of spheres represents the public awareness of this situation ... the media campaign, the news stories, the cover stories and the like. There is a spokesperson for this situation as we all know. The same agencies appear to have employed this situation too. Moving closer into this image ... there is clear religious implications. There is a 'family being presented that is signified by the 5 of Spheres ... the despair ... which is all the public know about the McCanns. On either side of them ... there are clues to what is really going on. The 10 of Crescents is a card of accomplishment ... and the Giver Of Crescents is an indication of dedication to ritual and religious belief. Almost obsessional ...there are shadows here; places outside of the prying public and media eyes. It appears to be an ongoing 'investigation' or 'operation' ... by some organisation that has far reaching influence in many aspects of life. The McCann family has been used as bait and central 'characters' in this situation ... and so much more. There are deep implications with this insight ... much on a par with what other previous merlins have outlined.
