The Rune IS is indicative of clear endings ... the end of chapters and situations, whether it is an outgrown relationship or job or project ... when IS appears in a casting there is the clear message that something of significance is coming to an end. IS relates to ice which is water in a solid form; nothing is as it seems forever ... ice melts transforming back to water once more ... it is an natural cycle and part of the processes of life.
