Blue half of Manchester celebrates as City nearly throw it away in tightest finish to Premiership ever

Jubilant Manchester City fans were in seventh heaven tonight after their team came back with two goals in stoppage time to clinch their first top-flight title in 44 years. City looked to be down and out against Premier League strugglers Queens Park Rangers with just minutes to spare, but goals from strikers Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero saw them win 3-2 to top the table ahead of archrivals Manchester United, who won 1-0 at Sunderland. Their fans, who had been shedding tears of frustration at the prospect of missing out on the title on the final day of the season, had to endure a rollercoaster of emotion during the nail-biting game - before the nerves were replaced by tears of joy...read more>>>...
