We've been monitoring the page activity of a number of posts on A Light In The Darkness. Taking note of the page views claimed by Blogger, and then comparing the page views reported by Blogger with another page view tracker we have been using in recent weeks.
What is very interesting is the fact that Blogger page views reported are extremely inaccurate! What's more in many instances page views are between short by hundreds of visits!
The classic one being a recent post that Blogger analytics recorded a mere 97 visitors. The alternate analysis reported 3745 visitors for the same post!!! That is a significant difference ...!!
Its been quite an eye opening monitoring process. One we will continue to undertake!
