Whatever it is, it looks man-made and appears to be flying in an upward trajetory. As opposed to an aircraft or an oval craft, the object appears to be shaped like a "nose cone" from a rocket!
This photo has been shared with many in the UFO community and all agree it is authentic. But that does not mean necessarily it is a UFO. It is definitely a solid object and appears to be airborn. Exhaust fumes seem to be emitting from the object which distorts the detail in the photograph .....
