Seeing Beyond, Remote Viewing Techniques

Remote viewing is not something often spoken about by main stream science, but that hasn’t stopped the governments of world powers such as the US, Russia and the UK from investing heavily in it. Remote viewing is the ability to see things that are separated from the viewer by time, space or both. In the past, a practitioner would have to study many years to learn how to control their brain states before being able to achieve remote viewing successfully. Today it is possible to shorten up the process by using science to achieve the right brain states. Many remote viewers use techniques such as deep breathing to achieve alpha wave brain states, and then attempt remote viewing. This is significantly harder than remote viewing while in a delta waves state, because the conscious mind, that functions as a protector of the self, is still very much "on guard." If delta states are so much better for remote viewing, why don't more people use them? People use alpha states because it can be very difficult for the average person to achieve delta waves while still conscious. In the past it took devotees many years of practice, and some never succeeded. In the past practitioners of yoga, tai chi, and chi gong, and others using meditative arts have been able to achieve the necessary brain states for remote viewing.
