On 25th March 2016, after an absence of 12 years, I finally made it back to the summit of Glastonbury Tor. It was a perfect Spring day ... wonderful blue skies ... unusual weather considering the amount of rain and clouds there had been in preceding days. Aside from changes to the woodland on, and around, the terraces of The Tor, nothing much had changed aside from the crumbling stonework on the tower itself. The peace and stillness still exists on the terraces, I was graced with the presence of a watching Raven and an inquisitive Hare. Two long standing UK totems of mine which I was pleased to be able to photograph. Happy memories ... here's hoping it's not another 12 years before I next wander on Glastonbury Tor.
