NHS Trusts : Forcing the Test Under Threat of Being Sectioned

Saturday 31 October 2020, Danny refused the Test earlier in the week after visiting Salford General Hospital on Tuesday 27 October with kidney issues. Danny is the recipient of a kidney and pancreas transfusion and was attacked by NHS staff to enforce the test before any form of medical attention would be forthcoming. The NHS is a pre-paid system, they cannot then refuse to carry out a service you have already paid for with National Insurance payment. if that is not bad enough, they then try to section him under the mental health act.
