strawberries daily can sharpen cognitive function and improve
cardiovascular health in older adults. The randomized controlled trial,
conducted with men and women in their 70s, demonstrated that just two

processing speed and systolic blood pressure within eight weeks. This

either 26 grams of freeze-dried strawberry powder or a control powder
