The 84-year-old career politician made headlines for stating that she is still a major force to be reckoned with in holding the country hostage to her own far-left brand of leadership, which is fighting tooth and nail to hold onto power no matter the cost.
Echoing the sentiments of Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) who spoke earlier this year about the importance of shifting control of the House back to the Democrats, Pelosi is willing to take even the most extreme actions to ensure that Donald Trump is not handed another White House term, almost as if her career and life depend on it.
"I'm looking for a trifecta," Pelosi said. "I'm looking to win the White House, Chuck to be the majority leader, Hakeem Jeffries to be the Speaker of the House. It must happen that way. And this, think of January 6th if I didn't have the gavel. Hakeem must have the gavel that day. Kamala will be the vice president, but we fully intend to win the White House."
It was when Pelosi began to discuss her self-brand strategies for targeting specific races in the upcoming elections that she threw out the word "reptilian" to describe how she handles this particular angle of vying for control over the country.
Speaking with what one media outlet described as "calculated confidence," Pelosi dished her prediction that Democrats will see a significant win across the board this fall, all thanks to her efforts.
"I made a prediction today to Al Hunt," Pelosi said. "He said,
'maybe you can win five.' I said, 'I want 10.' He said, 'Is that your
prediction?' I said, 'I want 10 at least' ... we're very discreet.
Reptilian. Cold-blooded. These are the races we have to win."...<<<Read More>>>...
