Naturally Boosting Your Immune System
There is something deeply humbling in that: to realize how much of our health is being tended to without our having to ask. The immune system is a remarkable, adaptable inner intelligence, and like most things, it does best with steady support — nutrient-dense food, restful sleep, regular movement, and whatever moments of ease we can invite into our days.
To boost your immunity, try this simple practice. The next time you go to the grocery store, look for these nourishing ingredients: leafy greens, colorful vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Each of these foods contains essential vitamins, minerals, fibers, and antioxidants that support your cells, gut microbiome, and natural inflammatory response. By adding them to your plate, you’re helping your body do what it does best — support and care for you from within. (Daily OM)
The Forbidden Book That Reveals EXACTLY How to Control Energy
The Forbidden Book That Shows You How to Manipulate Energy and Bend Reality
What if the key to mastering your life force has been hidden in plain sight for thousands of years?
This video unearths the Corpus Hermeticum—a mysterious ancient text whispered about in esoteric circles and banned by religious authorities for centuries. Inside its cryptic pages lies a step-by-step system to harness energy, shift perception, and influence reality itself… not with crystals or affirmations, but through the divine mechanics of the mind.
Debate Intensifies Over Climate-Focused Environmental Policy and the Role of Carbon Dioxide
The article's central argument is that environmentalism has been reframed around a single variable – atmospheric carbon dioxide – at the expense of other priorities such as pollution control, habitat protection, and access to clean water. It cites historical accounts of environmentalism that emphasize conservation and public health and contends that the current framework has narrowed the scope of environmental concern.
The article states that carbon dioxide is required for photosynthesis and is beneficial to plant growth. According to the article, higher CO2 concentrations can increase plant productivity. A 2011 interim report on the Nongovernmental Panel on Climate Change found that an extra 450 ppm of CO2 increased the fresh weight of spinach shoots by about 67 percent and their dry weight by approximately 57 percent, and boosted soluble sugar concentrations by approximately 29 percent and soluble protein concentrations by about 52 percent.
Mainstream agencies classify CO2 as a pollutant, the article notes, while critics dispute that characterization. In 2009, the EPA issued an Endangerment Finding declaring carbon dioxide a pollutant; on January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump signed an executive order titled "Unleashing American Energy," directing EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin to reassess that finding. A 2018 article argued that CO2 levels of 800 to 1,200 ppm would unleash reforestation, greening, and food crop production....<<<Read More>>>...
Sumerian Hard Drive Reveals How Civilization Was Installed
In the Sumerian poem Inanna and Enki, civilization isn't described — it's listed, as roughly 100 physical objects called the MEs, stored by Enki in the Abzu at Eridu. They're not abstractions: the scribal art, the craft of the smith, the art of power, the descent into the underworld — every component of a working society, on luminous, indestructible tablets. Then a goddess got Enki drunk, stole them, and shipped them by boat to Uruk — and from that moment the texts treat Uruk as the seat of civilization. Mainstream scholars accept the MEs as a real, recurring Sumerian concept, yet almost no one has asked what they physically were. This video reads the Oxford academic translation, not the Sitchin version, and follows the first recorded theft of technology to a question nobody has answered.
Arctic Scare Stories Melt Away
In 2007, for instance, Professor Wieslaw Maslowski told us that northern polar waters could be ice-free in summers within just five to six years. In December that year, Jay Zwally of NASA agreed, giving the ice till 2012.
A year later, Professor David Barber went one step further, saying the ice would all be gone that very summer. Then we had Al Gore confidently predicting it would all disappear by 2016.
For sheer persistence in getting it wrong, however, first prize must go to Professor Peter Wadhams, Professor of Ocean Physics and Head of the Polar Ocean Physics Group in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge:
- In 2012, he predicted that the Arctic would be ice free by 2015-16
- In 2014, he thought it might last till 2020
- In 2016, he confidently predicted the Arctic would be ice free that summer (though curiously he now defined “ice free” as less than one million square kilometres!)
Strangely, all these ‘experts’ have been pretty quiet lately. Little wonder, because Arctic sea ice extent is just as large now as it was when all of those fatuous claims were made....<<<Read More>>>...
Euthanasia bills will be used to mass murder the mentally ill and the poor as part of the Great Reset’s global depopulation plan
Despite the lies told by its supporters, “doctor-assisted dying” is frequently painful and distressing for patients and relatives.
In the UK, the dangerous bill that would have given doctors a licence to kill rather than doing all they can to save patients’ lives has been defeated in Parliament for a fifth time.
“The one certainty is that a small number of people pushing this deadly legislation … will be back for yet another attempt at pushing through legislation which will, I believe, eventually result in the disabled, the mentally ill and the poor being killed as part of the global depopulation plan which is part of the Great Reset,” Dr. Vernon Coleman writes....<<<Read More>>>...

Being Gentle With Ourselves
This doesn’t mean that we don’t accomplish anything. Instead, it’s about honoring ourselves on an ongoing basis and taking care of the needs of our bodies. This means different things to different people. For instance, it could be having a session with a healer; taking a remedy, herbs, or vitamins; or getting extra sleep. Putting our energy into ourselves in this way helps create space for a more positive, loving, and accepting view of our lives. By setting the intention to do so, we’ll start to become cognizant of our energy levels on a daily basis and increasingly able to replenish them as needed.
The more we treat our bodies with gentleness, the more tenderness and compassion we’ll call forth into our lives. Learning to pay attention to and understand what we need will allow us to fill our lives with unlimited loving and healing energy — and to truly take care of the things that mean the most to us. Music May Aid Recovery From Acute Stress, Study Finds
The research examined how people recover from acute stress. Investigators compared recovery while participants listened to relaxing music versus a calming natural sound, and used functional MRI to track brain activity during the recovery period, the report stated.
According to the report, music produced a greater improvement in positive mood and a faster return of heart rate and nervous system arousal to normal levels. The findings were described as an examination of whether music has a specific effect on stress recovery or whether any pleasant, calming sound works similarly....<<<Read More>>>...
Bob the Builder Spreads “Net Zero Propaganda” in Solar Advert
The cartoon character is seen trading in his construction yard for fitting solar panels and low-carbon heating in an eco-friendly reboot for E.On, the energy company.
In his first screen appearance in 15 years, the original stop-motion animated Bob, voiced by Neil Morrissey, encourages viewers to sign up for a “Net Zero training academy” to meet the Government’s target of a decarbonised electricity system by 2030.
The advertising campaign sparked outrage among critics of the policy, who accused the energy provider of turning the animated builder into a “woke commissar of climate” and spreading “eco-zealotry”....<<<Read More>>>....

Strange bedfellows: What palmistry and medicine have always had in common
Signs of the future are marked in our hands, or so any palmist will declare. But do hands also hold signs of the past? Do they have a history? Over decades of research as a historian of medicine and of human bodies, I'd never imagined such a niche question. And then it was sparked in an instant, between one second and the next, in the time it takes to open a manila folder. For another project altogether I was in the UK to research the papers of Charlotte Wolff, a physician trained in Berlin in the 1920s and living in London in the late 1930s, a Jewish refugee. Opening a file labelled 'Zoo, 1938', I came across a massive, delicate palm print: it belonged to Mok, a lowland gorilla at London Zoo. Two days after Mok's death, the keeper had granted Wolff special permission to enter the morgue and collect a pattern that had been too dangerous to acquire in life.
Mok's palm print was both forceful and touching. Indeed, I was tempted to literally touch, to hold hands across time, across species, and across the worlds of the living and the dead. The emotive power was unmistakeable, yet for all my training as a historian, it was inscrutable to me. I was also puzzled why Wolff, an exceptionally clever physician, seemed to be practising palm-reading, which today is associated with magic and the occult. Could there be such a thing as medical palmistry? ...<<<Read More>>>....
You Need to REFUSE Reincarnation — What the Archons Do When You Say NO
Is there something sinister behind Christian churches in the UK going up in flames?
++++++++++++++++
The 135-year-old Kilburn Methodist Church in Kilburn, England, United Kingdom, burned down in the early morning hours of Friday, 11 September.
Firefighters were called to the scene, and nearby houses had to be evacuated. Six fire engines battled the flames for hours before the fire—which locals have described as an ‘inferno’—was put out around 4 am. Locals were then allowed to return to their homes.
The church building was in the process of being converted into an apartment complex when the fire broke out. An initial investigation by local police and the fire department was unable to determine the cause of the fire due to the extensive damage it caused to the structure. The building was thought to be in danger of collapsing, which prevented authorities from properly examining it. As of now, however, the church building in Kilburn is still standing.
It is yet to be determined if this was a case of arson, failure of the electrical wiring, or a natural accident. Thankfully, no person was injured in the church fire....<<<Read More>>>....
Exposing the AI Doom Psyop: Why METR and Anthropic Want to Gatekeep Your Mind
The AI doom narrative currently saturating the news cycle is not a spontaneous scientific concern. It is a coordinated, funded, and carefully timed psychological operation designed to achieve one objective: regulatory capture of artificial intelligence before the public ever gets its hands on the technology.
Decentralized open source AI is fundamentally good for humanity, while centralized, censored AI is a tool of enslavement. The institutions pushing the loudest about existential risk -- METR, Anthropic, and their network of affiliated nonprofits -- are not independent safety evaluators. They are financial beneficiaries of the very companies they claim to police.
The current wave of AI doom stories, from Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei's "We Must Pace the Frontier" essay to OpenAI CEO Sam Altman's overnight warnings about an "extremely dystopian" future, follows a familiar playbook. [1] [2] First, manufacture fear. Then, offer the solution: centralized oversight run by the same people who created the problem. The real stakes here are access to cognition itself -- who gets to decide what you are allowed to know, ask, or build. This is not about safety. It is about power.
I have watched this pattern repeat across my career covering the corruption of centralized institutions. The same people who profit from a crisis always volunteer to regulate it. The AI safety ecosystem is no different, and the financial incentives prove it beyond any reasonable doubt...<<<Read More>>>....
Why Are White British Pupils a Minority at Grammar Schools?
This story, based on data from the DfE, has been reported on in various forms since June this year, but has now been picked up again by the press, and reposted by various people online, like Restore leader Rupert Lowe.
What though is going on? Why has the proportion of white British students dropped so much? Having experienced grammar-schools both as a pupil and as a teacher, I feel I am well positioned to talk about this subject.
My secondary education was at Lawrence Sheriff in Rugby, a free state grammar for boys. When I left in 2016, the school was 74% white British, today that figure is around 34%.
The same is true for Reading School, where I taught from 2020-23. Data on school applications show the proportion of white British children falling from 49% to 7% in 2024, before recovering slightly to 15% this year.
The Headmaster, Dr Chris Evans, described the demographic change as “spectacular” in a Daily Mail article, and Reading School has been exploring ways to funnel a more diverse range of children towards applying to the school, particularly focusing on areas of socio-economic depravation. This, notably, has included workshops and outreach in primary schools so that children from all backgrounds see that they can apply to the academically rigorous school....<<<Read More>>>...

Labour to Make Lentils Compulsory in School Dinners – and Ban Fish and Chips
+++++++++++
Labour is to make lentils and chickpeas compulsory in school dinners and ban traditional fish and chips and other fried food in its latest killjoy move as headteachers warn the pricey health drive will lead staffing cuts. The Mail has more.A new healthy eating diktat for school dinners could result in staffing cuts and further “divert money from teaching” as budgets are squeezed, headteachers warned today.
Schools across England will have to cut down on serving pupils sweetened baked desserts under the first new school food standards for more than a decade.
The desserts must contain or be served with fruit as part of the Department for Education’s sweeping overhaul aimed at tackling childhood obesity and tooth decay.
Sugary drinks and foods such as ice cream will also be restricted, while deep-fried foods are cut. Foods high in fat and salt such as pizzas will also have to be limited.
More fibrous wholegrains and pulses such as lentils and chickpeas will be required on menus alongside main meal options at least once a week – while a portion of vegetables or salad should accompany, or be incorporated into, every main meal.
But leaders have warned schools will need additional funding to comply with the new rules, given a kilogram of chicken nuggets costs the same as two chicken breasts.
Pepe Di’Iasio, General Secretary of the Association of School and College Leaders, said: “The current funding rate for free school meals is not enough to cover costs.
“Many schools have to divert money from teaching and learning in order to afford this vital provision. It is a case of having to rob Peter to pay Paul.”...<<<Read More>>>....

The Moment You Realize This World Isn't Real
What if the world was built by an intelligence that eventually became mistaken for God?
What if the deepest spiritual problem was never sin, failure, or separation from God?
What if it was forgetting?
In this Awakened Soul Archives transmission, we enter the Gnostic mystery of spiritual amnesia—the ancient idea that something within the human being belongs to a reality deeper than the visible world, yet becomes buried beneath identity, fear, distraction, desire, and survival.
Eventually, we may forget that we ever forgot.
And that may be the most powerful prison of all.
There are moments when something inside you seems to recognize a truth your conscious mind cannot explain.
A strange homesickness.
A feeling that this world cannot possibly be the whole story.
A quiet suspicion that beneath your personality, memories, fears, and conditioning, something ancient is still waiting to be remembered.
Choosing Happiness
On one day, we may find happiness in a momentous, life-changing event such as a marriage or the birth of a child. On another day, it could be the simple pleasure of a well-brewed cup of tea or the way the sun shines on a leaf. If we discover that we literally cannot call to mind a single happy element of our existence, we should examine the cause of the blockage standing between us and experiencing joy. Keeping a happiness journal is a wonderful way to catalog the delights unfolding all around us so that joy has myriad opportunities to manifest itself in our lives. Writing about the emotions we experience while contemplating joy may give us insight into the factors compelling us to resist it.
Happiness may not always come easily into your life. You have likely been conditioned to believe that the proper response to unmet expectations is one of sadness, anger, guilt, or fear. To make joy a fixture in your existence, you must first accept that it is within your power to choose happiness over unhappiness every single day. Then, each time you discover some new source of joy, the notion that the world is a happy place will find its way more deeply into your soul. On this day, find one thing to be happy about and let it fill your heart. (Daily OM)

Apple insists the new Apple Watch cannot be used for secret surveillance
Live Rewind is launched with a double-press of the Digital Crown and shows the previous 15 seconds of a conversation as text on the watch face. The capability is meant to help when a wearer misses a remark and cannot easily ask for it to be repeated. Its existence, however, implies the watch is continuously capturing nearby speech, often without others knowing.
Apple says users cannot secretly tap that audio stream. The company states that activation produces an unmistakable chime that cannot be turned off, along with a full-screen animation. Even the required double-press, Apple argues, makes the action visible to people nearby....<<<Read More>>>...
Climate Alarmists Are Making False Claims to Derail Approval of Jackdaw and Rosebank
Previous Energy Secretary Ed Miliband has described the decision to issue a development licence to Rosebank as “climate vandalism.” But now new Prime Minister Andy Burnham and new Energy Secretary Miatta Fahnbulleh have vowed to take a more “pragmatic” approach to the North Sea. The decision to approve both fields has allegedly been pushed back to this month because of the “optics” of approving new oil and gas licences during a heatwave. Stop press: the decision might now be postponed beyond the Holborn and St Pancras by-election because of pressure from the Greens.
Sensing weakness in the Government, the green industrial complex has ramped up the rhetoric with the Guardian claiming a new analysis calculated that £119 billion to £336 billion of economic damage would be caused by burning the hydrocarbons produced by Rosebank and Jackdaw, or £170–483 billion under a high production scenario. Hidden CIA document detailing potential cure for cancer declassified after 60 years
A newly surfaced CIA document suggests US intelligence once reviewed research that hinted at a possible cancer treatment more than 60 years ago.
The document, produced in February 1951 and declassified in 2014, summarizes a Soviet scientific paper that examined striking similarities between parasitic worms and cancerous tumors.
The report describes how researchers believed both organisms thrived under nearly identical metabolic conditions and accumulated large reserves of glycogen, a form of stored energy.
The research also highlighted experiments showing that certain chemical compounds were capable of targeting both parasitic infections and malignant tumors.
One drug, Myracyl D, was reportedly effective against bilharzia parasites as well as cancerous growths, hinting that treatments developed for parasites might also attack tumors.
Other compounds were found to interfere with nucleic acid production, a process essential for the uncontrolled growth of cancer cells.
Experiments on mice even showed that tumor tissues reacted differently to certain chemicals than normal tissues, further reinforcing the perceived biochemical overlap between parasites and cancers.
Although the document was declassified more than a decade ago, it has recently resurfaced online, fueling outrage among some Americans who say it raises troubling questions about why Cold War research hinting at possible cancer treatments sat in intelligence archives for decades.
'The Americans knew. They read it, classified it CONFIDENTIAL, and locked it in a vault for 60 years,' one person shared on X, including the CIA documents in the post.
Another X user said: 'The CIA knew from 1951 that cancer was parasites.'...<<<Read More>>>...

In 536 AD, The World Went Dark for 18 Months — They Buried It From Every History Book
Microsoft Adds Age Verification System to Windows
According to a report from Reclaim The Net: Free Speech, Privacy, Digital Rights, the company has published developer instructions for an application programming interface that is not yet live. Once activated, the API will let Windows 11 apps learn a user’s age bracket and whether that age has been confirmed by an identity provider.
The brackets are blunt: under 10, 10 to 12, 13 to 15, 16 to 17, and 18 and over. Verification status arrives as one of five results — Verified, Unverified, OptedOut, TemporarilyUnavailable, or NotApplicable.
Microsoft has not named the identity providers that will carry out these checks, nor has it said what proof they will demand. The company states only that the second value returned by the interface will show “whether the user’s age has been independently verified by the identity provider.”
Redmond presents the tool as a privacy safeguard, a way for apps to learn an age range without receiving a date of birth or other personal details. Microsoft describes it as a privacy-preserving mechanism meant to help developers satisfy child-safety rules. The same report argues that legislation demanding this kind of technology in operating systems is really about making age checks, and the identity checks that follow, a routine feature of digital life.
An age signal does not hand over a user’s exact age. It instead lets an app change content, features, or access based on the reported range and verification status. Microsoft lists uses that include user-generated content, social and communication tools, in-app purchases, virtual currencies, and maturity-rated media.
The interface is still dormant. Microsoft says it will not return usable data until it is turned on later in the year and is releasing the documentation now so developers can prepare. Anyone who calls the API today will be told the user’s age is unknown and that verification is unavailable.....<<<Read More>>>...
Twenty-five years of “temporary”: how 9/11 built a surveillance state Americans never voted for

What began as a promise to hunt down nineteen hijackers metastasized into a standing machinery for watching, cataloguing, and controlling the American public itself.
