I would often venture south from Lancashire late at night to arrive by the first light at Glastonbury. After a quick sojourn to the top of the Tor; a round of toast & orange juice at the Blue Note Cafe .... I would visit the Chalice Well Gardens for a number of glasses of refreshing and revitalising well water fresh from the spring ... before settling down to 'a chill' for the best part of the day within the gardens. A fantastic place to visit ... in fact a favourite place.
