LOCKED OUT

... the effect of the 1st April Trigger for us appears very harsh. We are still on password lock out from our own computer. Despite all attempts to access our own computer someone somewhere now has control of it. We've been given a quote for someone to change the administration password ... and we would need to see the bank manager for a loan!
