“Monster” Under Kansas Child’s Bed Turns Out to Be Real

What started as a routine babysitting job turned into a real-life nightmare when a Kansas babysitter discovered an intruder hiding under a child’s bed after the youngster insisted a “monster” was lurking beneath them.

he terrifying incident unfolded on March 24 in Great Bend, Kansas, when the babysitter attempted to reassure a frightened child that no monster existed—only to come face-to-face with 27-year-old Martin Villalobos Jr., who allegedly lunged at her before fleeing the scene.

According to a police statement, the child had complained about a “monster” under the bed, prompting the babysitter to check.
