Five Rune Casting

Centre yourself within your own awareness by spending a few moments to relax and step out of your everyday situations. Then concentrate on the situations and draw five runes. Lay the runes face down, one through five as outlined in the illustration above. Then, one at a time, turn them over and read them in the following order.

Rune 2) PRESENT SITUATIONS: The current problem, situation or issue.

Rune 1) PAST: Something from your past that caused this situation.

Rune 4) HELP AVAILABLE: This is the help ( from a friend, relative, stranger or yourself ) that you can expect.

Rune 5) OBSTACLES: The aspects of the situation that can not be changed and must be accepted.

Rune 3) OUTCOME:The outcome of the spread in consideration of all the runes in the spread.
