| THE LANGDALE PIKES FROM LAKE WINDERMERE |
This is one of my favourite views, of all time. It is the view of my favourite Lakeland valley you are met with when you travel along the side of Lake Windermere ... it is unmissable. It is a view that always fills me with anticipation. Nine times out of ten I would gaze across at the Pikes on my way to a mountain hike or a rock climb. That same anticipation was felt when I took this photograph.
