Everyone has been programmed. Everyone has been brainwashed. You have been programmed and brainwashed. So have I. You may not know it, or want to accept it, but you have been. And you are under the control of the programming right now. And just about everything in your life has to do with the programming. You will even react to what is written here right now based on your programming.
Even when programming is altered of a person's own choice, the average person doesn't have a clue to analysing, or programming their own mind, so they will often accept programming from other people. Sometimes the programming they accept is from another unconsciously programmed person who is just passing along their programming to you. You will accept it as fact and alter your programming accordingly.
But much worse, is when you are more often than not programmed by people who really understand programming and use it to manipulate you. Brainwashing in the sense of re-programming is the common everyday occurrence of voluntarily allowing someone else to alter our programming.
When a person changes their beliefs or programming due to input from an external source, as in brainwashing, they are only exchanging one unconscious program for another unconscious program. This happens to us all everyday. And the trouble is, this unconscious programming has IMMENSE POWER AND CONTROL over our lives and destiny.
In this day and age it is very difficult, an albeit impossible, to avoid the re-programming and the brainwashing. At best we can only be consciously aware it is taking place and do our best to counter the effects by ensuring we do not permit any input from these external sources do not influence us or reprogram our responses. An easy example is by not letting an advert for a health or beauty product control our responses into changing to that brand from the brand we've been using for years, if our old brand is perfectly acceptable! Another is changing our two year old car or TV for the sake of it just because we've seen a new one advertised on TV!
