Madeleine McCann's photograph is to be featured in every shop selling the new Harry Potter book when it is released on Saturday. The parents of the missing four-year-old, Gerry and Kate, are to release details of the link-up in a news conference in Portugal. They had hoped that a special bookmark with Madeleine's photograph could be placed in every copy of the new Potter book.
But now it is understood that posters of Madeleine will be put up on cash desks at bookshops instead. Millions will buy Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows when it goes on sale at one minute past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning
