Manhole Explosion In NYC

Sky News Headline; says:
Fire and emergency crews are responding to an explosion in midtown Manhattan. New York officials say the blast happened in a manhole near Grand Central Station. No buildings have collapsed but one is "shaky", according to police. Homeland security officials believe the explosion is not related to terrorism. Utility company Consolidated Edison say there is an operational problem in the area and crews are responding. Thousands of commuters evacuated the train terminal after workers shouted at them to get out of the building. Subway trains are being diverted away from Grand Central Station. Crowds ran from the scene amid billowing smoke. No-one is believed to have been injured in the blast during the evening rush hour.
