A storm is expected to hit the North Island tonight. The Radio Network's weather analyst Philip Duncan says Northland, Auckland and the Coromandel Peninsula are in for a battering. The storm will hit the Bay of Plenty and Gisborne on Sunday, bringing gale force winds. (Yahoo Xtra News)
