What we can see without looking to hard are groups of humanoid figures towards the bottom of the image for sure; and maybe more at the top of the image.
It appears there is some kind of white liquid being poured from openings in the rocks/terrain. Why? We are never going to know what is really going on in this image. Not at all ... because we are not going to be told nor meet with the beings that are in the image. All we know is ...
It's the same scenario that this is a circa 2006 image taken from Google Earth from a region of Mars that now has no public access. We've been back on Google Mars recently, and its all changed. Landmarks and areas are gone. This seems to be done deliberately to conceal. But conceal what IF Mars was the deserted and lifeless world they say it is. They know differently and evidence like this is out there ... on the net and on people's computers ... which shows clearly a direct contradiction to the OFFICIAL story. The numbers of places, like here, may be small ... but the evidence is out there.
