Red Wattlebirds are another native bird which I'd capture decent images on a regular basis. However it had not always been the case. I had to earn the trust of their collective ... up until that point I rarely snapped a decent shot. Then suddenly I had no problem getting decent snaps. This particular image was captured about a minute's walk from our front door!
