It's been months since I last felt the helpless paralysis of an astral attack. But last night, there was a reminder that these 'alien' perpetrators can 'strike' on any night. At any time.
I'd guided myself down into a relaxed sleep state again after playing Theta wave sound waves an hour prior going to bed. Visualising the symbol of RAD then drifting down into oblivion and a deep sleep.
I became aware that potential 'trouble' lay ahead when my levels of awareness/consciousness moved close to 'human awareness' [what is best described as 'conscious dream control']. I was driving quickly down a winding country lane. I was alone in the vehicle. The road travelled through a heavily wooded area. It was night time. Turning a bend in the road I noticed an old man indicating for me to slow down in a lay-by on my left hand side. I felt immediately indignant towards him and gave him the 'middle finger' and shouted out of my window, which must have been open.
It was at this point I was then 'rushed' back into my physical body; became aware of the paralysis and 'concern' I have long learnt to recognise as an astral abduction attempt. It was easily mastered and the 'threat' abated. Gazing to my right, I became aware of a swirling cloud-like manifestation on the ceiling of our bedroom. Within the centre of the swirl I could see three reptilian like forms clearly. Gazing down at me. Very clearly looking back at me in shadow form.
I watched with interest as the cloud-like portal faded then disappeared and the ceiling of our bedroom returned.
Significant phenomenon in the light of the sound frequency work to lift the frequency of my consciousness beyond its current restraints!
