The result is a resounding crash, bang, wallop ... our internet comes to a grinding halt once more.
The problem is ... advertising a broadband service ... enticing hundreds of folk to subscribe and therefore be on at the same time ... but having old cabling which can only work at dial up speeds as that is all that it is capable of ... so the more people subscribe the slower and slower the network becomes ....
