I'd being seeing these distinctive Australian native parrots on regular occasions but had not been able to capture any reasonable photographs ... so to get the chance at Stranger Pond and again at Tidbinbilla in early 2017 was a real treat. This one was photographed at Tidbinbilla, NSW.
