Slow 'Super fast' again

Disgusting. Despicable. Diabolical. Our slow 'superfast' broadband period continues. It's ironic that the slow period mainly coincides with the period immediately after a monthly payment! Then we might get a week where it all is hunky dory; nice and fast; no problems. Then its loss of connectivity every night ... and not due to our equipment, but we think its due to our provider over subscribing its service and sharing the fast service around our housing estate. There's usually no rhyme or reason as to when it goes offline or it slows ... its obscene ... and very annoying.
