Not everyone's favourite water bird, the Australian Darter ('Snakebird'), is in my top ten of favourite Australian native birds. This particular juvenile Snakebird was photographed in October this year, at Lake Tuggeranong shoreline ... which was one of my favourite spots to capture images of Snakebirds. The location proved to be fortuitous again ... with numerous images captured over four visits back to one of my regular haunts.
