Psychics given £4,500 government grant to help relatives contact the dead

Two clairvoyants have been awarded a £4,500 government grant to set up a school for psychics. Paul and Deborah Rees had their palms crossed with taxpayers' silver after applying for funding through a Department for Work and Pensions job creation scheme.
