Three of Staves
Ten of Crescents depicts a couple ~ perhaps a man and wife ~ with the man placing his right arm over his partner's shoulders. They are leaning on an ornate balustrade, as they look out to see watching ten sail boats floating past them on a fairly calm sea.
Three of Staves is the card of 'established strength' and it depicts three disks arranged in an upside triangle. Each disk is connected to the other two disks by a stave.
The Sun depicts a dancing couple who are standing on a circular cloud, made up of the rainbow colours, which hangs above a mountainous island ... a mountain peak penetrates the cloud at its centre. In the background is a traditional symbol of the sun with a smiling face in its centre.
Three positive cards of strength, illumination, celebration ... anticipated victory in a situation. Established strength can be such matters as past experience and self belief. Where there is hope there is a way ...
The sun appears to be shining ... with a couple seen to be celebrating in the 'presence of the sun god' ... symbolic perhaps, but the analogy relates to those who feel they are very much standing alone with their feet in the clouds seeking terra firma and solid foundations. The Ten Of Crescents indicates the progression of a dream becoming a reality with the correct plans being made.
