We conclude that DEW is a possibility as a means to direct the fires, and its in the same 'grey area' that chemtrails, HAARP and weather control is placed ... it is very likely, and because we've personally witnessed both chemtrails and evidence of HAARP, we feel that DEW is the next toy that The Hidden Hand has to play with.
