The common theme is being the observer of a character in an apparent dream state scenario. Being aware of the thoughts and the feelings of that character. Being the character but without being in the first person awareness.
This morning, the scenario was no different. It occurred when the mobile phone alarm was on snooze, and consciousness drifted into a vivid waking dream scenario. Observing a character that apparently died in the waking dream; the content of the dream isn't relevant; but what happened the moment that character died, was a swift return back to this dream awareness.
And with it the realisation that we are the observer of this character on this dream version of Planet Earth. We play the character in first person awareness. But it is a dream. And we are in the first person awareness until this dream ends. Then we the observer move on to the next dream awareness.
