Three Killed As Hurricane Dean Strengthens

Sky News Headline; says: 'The first major hurricane of the season has struck the Caribbean killing three people. Hurricane Dean has been upgraded to a category three storm with winds of more than 125mph. But forecasters say the worst is still to come, warning it could become a catastrophic category five hurricane. The powerful storm is still gaining strength and is currently heading towards Jamaica where all American non-essential diplomatic staff are being allowed to leave. Holidaymakers have been forced to flee from hotels on a number of islands as the storm tears through top tourist resorts. Many are trapped in the region as airports on the holiday islands are closed while powerful winds rip roofs from buildings, pull down trees and knock out power.
